Buyers will never have their information released to anyone, not even our parent or sister companies. Once a sale is complete, your personal information is detached from the transaction so we can maintain records for customer service and tax purposes, but not for anyone to ever find out who you are.

Correspondence will be used in any way we see fit, so long as we don’t disclose your name or email address to others. We don’t retain, sell, trade or in any way use any email addresses except to send shipping confirmation, and to reply to emailed requests. We may do other things with your email though, such as sharing it with our friends or posting it online, especially if you’re a lunatic, which is very often the case. Seems everybody who gets crabs just assumes it’s because of us. It isn’t, most cases are organically occurring, but that’s something you need to take up with your partner, and probably before you bring it up with your spouse.

Especially when you send us threatening letters or say you’re calling the cops and you’re going to sue us, you’re basically begging for trouble right there. I mean really, I don’t know why you’d think your problem is with us when it’s obviously with whoever bought from us, and most times you’re wrong about how you got it and using us as the scapegoat so just don’t.

If you actually do take legal action or send us a legitimate threat, your information will be turned over in whole to law enforcement so they can take appropriate actions to lock you up like the crazy you are.
